Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 10–15 business days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days.
If there is a significant delay, customers will be informed via phone call or email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently, Shipping is available only for India.. The shipping Fee is Rs. 1000 per order.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.Shipping charges for small products (1kg to 5kg) are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.

For heavy, large-size, or custom marble/stone products, shipping charges are calculated as per order size, weight, and destination.

Worldwide Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via Air Cargo, Sea Cargo, or other suitable logistics modes.
  • For worldwide orders, customers must contact us in advance to confirm managing time, shipping cost, and delivery schedule.

Delivery delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.mazaxmarble.com is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or government charges.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damages

As our products are made from natural marble and stone, minor transit damage may occur.

  • Up to 4% breakage is considered acceptable and must be borne by the customer.
  • If breakage exceeds 4%, the customer must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.

Claim Requirements:

  • Original packaging must be preserved
  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged product

Claims without proper packaging and evidence will not be accepted.

Returns Policy

All products are Made to Order.

Returns or cancellations are not accepted, except in cases of major manufacturing defects.

Damage claims are valid strictly as per the Damage Policy stated above.
The final decision regarding refund or replacement rests solely with M A Zax Marble Management.
